From time to time, there may be a question that isn't answered in the help center, or an issue you encounter that you can't solve using the available troubleshooting steps. In those cases, it may be time to contact the onboarding team for support.
Please send your email to applicants@talkspace.com from the email address associated with your Talkspace application with the following information:

*Please remove/block out any protected health information (PHI) from screenshots prior to attaching to your support request email. During the onboarding phase, it is unlikely you will have any PHI to block from your screenshots, but this is something to keep in mind as you move into the provider network.
Once you've taken a screenshot using the instructions above for your device, make sure you saved it in an easily accessible folder or your desktop. Choose from the list of e-mail providers below to access instructions on how to attach a file to your e-mail.
Once you are fully onboarded with the platform, check out our Getting Started Guide within the Provider Help Center. This guide will tell you everything you need to know regarding starting with clients and how to set your caseload capacity. Make sure you are signed in to your Talkspace account to access the Getting Started Guide. You will not be able to access some content in the Provider Help Center until you have a Talkspace platform login.
