Asynchronous Messaging
Talkspace providers are expected to respond to actively messaging clients 5 days a week (per Talkspace's agreements with both payors and clients when they join). Within your normal working hours, it is best practice to send an introduction message within 3 hours of matching with a new clients and respond to established messaging clients 1-2 times a day during your 5 working/messaging days.
Live Sessions
There is no requirement for the number of days you are available to clients for live sessions; however, it is recommended you have at least one time slot available for each Live Session your clients have. For instance, if you have 5 clients who have plans that include 4 Live Sessions a month, be sure to have enough availability in your calendar for at least 20 Live Session per month.
