You will have two separate reimbursement payouts for each month, covering two statement date ranges:
- Your first reimbursement payment will cover sessions with notes completed from the 1st of the month through 7pm Eastern Time* on the 15th of the month.
- Your second reimbursement payment will cover sessions with notes completed from the 16th of the month through 7pm Eastern Time* on the last day of the month.
* Any sessions with notes completed after 7pm Eastern Time on the final date of the pay period will be counted in the payout for the following pay period.
You will receive the reimbursement payment for each pay period 10 days after the final date of the pay period on the 10th or 25th, unless these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, in which case payouts will process the closest business day.
