What is the no-show policy?

A "No-Show" is defined as a client who does not show up to the Live session or cancels less than 24 hours before appointment, or when the provider has joined the Live session and after 10 minutes the client has not joined. This no show policy is applicable across all plans that include Live Sessions.

If your client is a confirmed no-show for a session that was booked using the Live Session Scheduler, you will be automatically reimbursed $10 for a missed Live Session (30 min, 45 min, or 60 min calls), or $5 for a missed 10-minute Intro Live Session.

For BH clients, you will have the option to grant a fee exception to the client at your discretion. If you grant a fee exception to the client, there will be no provider payout for the no-show session.

Live sessions must be booked and confirmed through the Live Session Scheduler to qualify for reimbursement.
