Billing Cycle (Semi-Monthly)
You will have two separate reimbursement payouts for each month, covering two statement date ranges:
- Your first reimbursement payment will cover sessions with notes completed from the 1st of the month through the 15th of the month 7pm Eastern Time*.
- Your second reimbursement payment will cover sessions with notes completed from the 16th of the month through the last day of the month 7pm Eastern Time*, and will be paid on the 10th of the following month.
* Any sessions with notes completed after 7pm Eastern Time on the final date of the pay period will be counted in the payout for the following pay period.
You will receive the reimbursement payment for each payout period 10 days after the final date of the payout period.
