The length of the onboarding process typically ranges anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the speed at which you complete the tasks.
Credentialing will occur after you have completed the onboarding and training tasks. This part of the process typically takes between 2 and 4 weeks.
- At the later stages of the onboarding process, you will be asked to create or update your CAQH profile, which allows you to be credentialed with Talkspace. Please ensure all active licenses are also included in your CAQH file and that inactive licenses are removed.
You will start to be matched with clients once both the onboarding and credentialing processes are complete.
