We require all providers to complete a virtual, asynchronous Provider Platform Training before seeing Talkspace clients. Information about where and how to access the training modules will be sent directly to your email during the onboarding & credentialing process. You will be paid for your time after completing the Provider Platform Training and the first Compliance Training course.
Talkspace also offers ongoing training opportunities in the form of live webinars, drop-in sessions, lunch & learns, and ongoing continuing education webinars where you can earn CE credits!
Other resources, such as the Provider Help Center, Provider Manual, and a dedicated Provider Support Team, are available to help answer any questions you may have.
