Associate Providers are paid for sessions based on the session type and the rate corresponding to the state where their client(s) resides. Base rate will vary state to state, meaning different rates will apply accordingly.
Additionally, Associate Providers on the platform can expect to work with clients across these plan types: Direct-to-Employer (DTE) plans, and Self-Pay (D2C) plans. Reimbursement for your work may differ depending on the plan that your client is on.
| Note: Due to timely billing requirements, all sessions must be submitted within 90 days of the start of the session to be eligible for reimbursement. |
