The National Practice Provider position is a 100% remote, full-time W-2 employee role. Clinicians create their own schedule distributed across a standard five-day work week, allowing for autonomy in managing daily caseloads and session times while maintaining consistent care delivery.
Full-time providers (30hours/week or 40hours/week) receive a comprehensive total rewards package including complete health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part-time providers (20hours/week) are eligible for partial benefits including accrued paid time off (PTO), company-paid holidays, and 401(k) eligibility with an employer match. Compensation is provided as a competitive base salary, which is determined by your state of residence, level of clinical licensure, and relevant professional experience.
To ensure you have the tools necessary to deliver care, Talkspace provides a pre-configured company laptop before your start date. Clinical development and community are also integral to the NPP experience. Providers participate in bi-weekly group supervision, while NPP Associates working toward independent clinical licensure receive weekly clinical supervision hours to support their credentialing progress.
New providers take part in a comprehensive, hands-on onboarding and training program designed to prepare them for clinical practice on the platform. Throughout your time at Talkspace, you receive continuous operational and professional support from a designated Clinical Recruiter, Clinical Supervisor, and Team Leads.
