Talkspace is unfortunately unable to supply a downloadable or printable version of the provider agreement prior to signing due to technical limitations with the onboarding platform.
You will be able to view and read through the contract document prior to electronically signing. If you have questions or concerns about the contract at this point, you may contact applicants@talkspace.com.
Upon signing, you will receive an email with a PDF version of the signed contract, which you may download and/or print to save for your records.
You may discontinue your application at any time, before or after signing the contract, if you are unsatisfied or do not feel that Talkspace will be a good fit for your practice.
