All therapist applicants are required to complete a single interview that will be conducted via video call by a member of our Network Success team and will require being on camera. Use of a smartphone for the interview is okay as long as you are able to rest the phone somewhere (so you aren't holding it during the interview).
The interview will be approximately 20 minutes, with 30 minutes allocated in case additional time is needed:
- A series of questions related to your experience as a therapist
- A video walk-through of your clinical workspace
- Time for you to ask clinical and/or platform-related questions
Before your interview, please review the Pre-Interview Guide, which includes best practices and FAQs about the role.
